Maintain Health in Rainy Season


Monsoon is the most beautiful season as in this season one can observe beauty of Nature.
 It's also called as Rainy Season or Green season. In this season there's lot of green leaves observed outdoors due to rainstorm and this looks really beautiful like our mama earth cover with green bed sheet.

                                     

Every person enjoys this season genuinely much due to natural beauty and gracious atmosphere. In this season some people enjoy rain by coming out of their homes and work areas, some go out on long drive on hill station or any place where there's lesser crowd, some go out with loved ones on places where they can spend quality time and also enjoy nature with their loved ones.

In India, people are fond of the stormy season. Some people who are foody loves rainfall as in rainstorm one can eat new dishes and it's more delightful to take new types of food. Due to changes in atmosphere now a days no obsession of thunderstorm season as it was before.

People should take care in stormy season especially in foods. Due to similar atmosphere there may be chances of insects in atmosphere which can sit or mix with food we're eating and it may lead to serious side effects on health like diarrhea, nausea, cold & flu, malaria, cholera, typhoid etc.

                            

Cold & Flue
Due to drastic changes in temperature body gets sensitive to bacteria and contagions which can result cold & flu. Due to this nonstop sneezing, waterlogging of nose etc. Hence to guard body from these contagion & bacteria one should take vastly nutritional food which can maintain health of body by generating antibodies.

Malaria
Rain and malaria substantially come with one another. As rain falls water start choking in some areas and this be reason for mosquitoes breeding process. It's favorable atmosphere for birth of mosquitoes and hence increase in their calculus which result Malaria. One can stop malaria by prevent of water clogging or by straightaway clean similar places.

Dengue
It's more dangerous as compare to Malaria and death count is more in Dengue. Although it's spread through dengue contagion but it's carried through mosquitoes. So by stoppage of bitten from mosquitoes one can prevent Dengue.

Cholera
Cholera is water borne disorder which is caused by bacterial infection due to growth of bacteria in water. dryness, Diarrhea, Vomiting happens in Cholera due to drinking of infected water. So to stop similar complaint one should drink boiled, treated and purified water.

Typhoid
Typhoid is due to impurity of food and water. It's also caused by bacteria. To stop it maintain proper hygiene, sanitation and also clean water for drinking purpose.

Hepatitis A
In this disorder it may affects directly to liver which may further turn in to fever, vomiting, rashes etc. To stop it one should maintain proper diet and hygiene.

                  

At last rainy season is pleasurable season but along with enjoyment one should take care of health because Health is Wealth. It's really easy to maintain health in monsoon season just by avoiding outside foods especially road side food and always drink either reprocessed or boiled water. These will lessen chances of getting ill in Rainy season and also one can enjoy it completely.

6 Gau Yatra

Fagan Sud Teras is the day that thousands of pilgrims perform what is known as Chha (6) Gau Yatra. It is named after the length that is traveled — 6 gau is approximately 12 miles. This yatra is only done on this day due to its difficulty and remoteness. The journey takes pilgrims to many sites on the Shatrunjaya  Hills that are lesser known but extremely auspicious. Palitana

Palitana  is a city in  Bhavnagar district, Gujarat , India.
